They are knowledge, awareness, desire, reinforcement and ability. Management should construct a situation in which people can pass all these stages very quickly, including: To build awareness of the reason that presupposes the necessity of the change; To create a desire to participate in the change and support it; To develop knowledge of the change method; To foster ability to realize new behaviors and skills; To provide reinforcements to continue the change.
